Lose Weight.....Detoxing First Is a Plus

It has been said before, in order to start loosing weight, you must detox your body first. What does that mean? Drink water water and more water? That is not good enough. Sit in a sauna? That is great but not good enough either. If you want to lose weight and be healthy too, your body needs to get rid of the toxins that it has been building for years of eating unhealthy sweets, colas, foods with unhealthy carbs.
